I used to dream about having a great work life balance, but I always worried I wouldn’t get everything done if I took time out for myself.

I was on a brink of burnout again, when I decided that enough was enough.

I created a method that combines elements of mindset work ,high-performance coaching, mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy that allowed me and my clients to get off the hamster wheel and into balance.

Now I use my experiences to help others become balanced and successful on their own terms.
